- Products not in stock: Typically ship within 2–3 weeks (depending on production schedule).
- If we anticipate any unusual delays, we will notify you by email.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours.
Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical delivery timeframes:

- Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days depending on destination and carrier availability.

Carriers We Use:

We reserve the right to ship using a different carrier with an equivalent shipping method (e.g., if you chose an expedited FedEx service at checkout, we may ship using an equivalent expedited UPS service).
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request a physical address.

AntenX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@antenx.com.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and determine a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please notify us immediately so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.
