Product Details

The SGH-WR90 is an X-band standard gain horn, a pyramidal waveguide horn covering 8.2 to 12.4 GHz with symmetric E- and H-plane radiation patterns and well-characterized gain rising to about 17 dBi. Standard gain horns are the workhorse reference for gain-by-substitution antenna measurements, and this one also serves as a clean illuminator for EMC testing and as a reflector or lens feed. It presents a standard WR-90 (UG-135/U) waveguide flange; an optional AntenX SMA-WR90 coax-to-waveguide adapter adds an SMA interface for direct cabling.

  • Pyramidal standard gain horn with symmetric E- and H-plane patterns (typ ~29° HPBW) across the full 8.2 to 12.4 GHz band.
  • Primary use is as a reference antenna for gain-by-substitution measurement; also suited to EMC testing, reflector and lens feeds, and over-the-air test setups.
